In December 2009 a workgroup within the representative organization start to explore the possibilities for the creation of a City park in the TU North area. The reason for this is that in the area Wippolder unlike other neighborhoods in the city such a facility lacks and the strong development a structural density of this area in 2030. The document gives an design proposal to transform the TU north region in to a city park by connecting the green area’s in the region.
