Sylvia works in marketing for the TU Delft Science Centre, and is finally a park user. She was never a fan of the site because of the street noise and lack of crossing zebras, making the area dangerous to access.
Although Mijnbowstraat has become busier with traffic after the intervention, she finds that the crossing provided by the park makes it much easier to cross over to the site where she enjoys watching other staff members relaxing and breathing some fresh air.
Sylvia enjoys the sitting area by the school of architecture and often meets her friend here for coffee and a quick chat during their lunch break; although her favourite area is the furthest from the Science Centre, Sylvia prefers it because she can enjoy some privacy with her friend but still feels outdoor, it helps her as a reminder to keep an eye on her watch to not extend her one hour lunch break.
