We chose to name our atom 'HyperPublic' by making use of the following definitions:
Hyper
Prefix: Excessively; above normal [1]
Public
Noun: A section of the community having a particular interest or connection [2]
Adjective: Open to or shared by all the people of an area
Adjective: Involved in the affairs of the community
