Here we lay out various options for the intervention in the area in regard to the environment: green space and water
Option 5 is where we close off both the Mijnbouwstraat and Julianalaan: redirects the traffic via the Zuidplantsoen - unify the Science Center, the Botanical gardens, the faculty of Architecture and the roads besides the student residences to create a city park that (along with the botanical gardens) stretches to the canal de Schie.
