-site is located around TU Delft campus hustle bustle
-Proposed DUWO student housing and existing student housing and apartements around
-Botanical garden and church in the proximity
-Active bus-stops along the periphery

After interviewing few people around it is found out that such a rush in traffic is a very new phenomenon, which might have taken place due to some traffic diversion via the Rotterdam...nevertheless the roads were never so densely trafficked as they are today.
