According the Analysis,

The city have all kinds of SYSTEMS:

Traffic system, Green system, Water system, Neighborhood facilities...

Only with all these specific systems working well, can the city be functioned to be persistently stable.


But with all of the issues which we got from the interviews,

the site is basically a DEAD SYSTEM.
