Actuators and threads

Boxes same.png Different box.png

For this principle we use normal actuators. To give some indication a actuator with 1200n will:

- Have a size around 40mm*750mm

- Cost around 100 euro

- selflocking 800n

Bugcut.gif 507457.jpg

Advantages

- Highly pixelated which gives a freedom

- One actuator per piston

- Individual controlable

- Big differences between neigboring pistons possible

Disadvantages

- Supported by a framework, this connection can't be lost.

- Always vissible / present.

- Fixed movement possibillity's, in relation to the frame
