For the given site we will be working on 3 themes to create preconditions for the program.
COMERCIAL
Spatial rules: the possible commercial zone will be affected by the spatial porosity - a character similar to the supermarkets and the old towns
Representational means: through repetition the commercial character of the space is amplified. The virtual crowd and constant reply of the best moments will attract the people. The mood for the place can be designed and presented, it is site-specific and real.
NON GOVERMENTAL
Spatial rules: exhibition area
- The upcoming event in the place will be advertised through interactive relationship to the users. The traces that the users are leaving behind will be used as the participation method in the creation of the character of the space.
NATURAL
Spatial rules: preservation
- The local natural condition can be seen a part of the memory landscape. A constant public attraction, preserved state of the place relates to the locals.
