HyperPublic : Home/Definition

We chose to name our atom 'HyperPublic' by making use of the following definitions, based on the books we've read on the subject:

Prefix: Excessively; above normal [1]

Noun: A section of the community having a particular interest or connection [2]

Adjective: Open to or shared by all the people of an area [3]

Adjective: Involved in the affairs of the community [4]
