In the current situation is the Julianalaan a physical barrier between the faculty of Architecture and ‘de Vries van Heijstplantsoen’, but with a renewed traffic structure it can be more like frontgarden of the building, or become more related to the Delft Science Center. see more

We are dealing with extremely changeable program. We can create the constant indentity even when the program cannot be relied on. It makes the possibilities of development extremely flexible. The is our cure for the changing and unstable. We are providing tools for giving character to public space. We are making preconditions to specific programmes. These tools will overcome the difficulties of the site.

Here we are defining the key concepts to manage the problems of the site. The problematic identity of the place will be thought through according to the ideas od Differentiation, Personalization and the Urban phenomena. The difference itself is achieved through the concepts of time - repetition, the routine and the trace.
