Different actors are ontacting to validate the design. In this initial contact the validators were asked to give real life demands for the concept. One of the actors was so much interested it step forward to be the client and asked to be closely involved in the design. Pulling these interviews together we came up with a list of demands.

Client/User

Joris van Dijk Is the eventplanner of the student faculty group Stylos. Stylos see a lot of potential for the design, they are interested in a frequent use. So frequent even that they would like to be the supervising party for the site. In this way they are on the first row for reserving the space. They also saw a good connection to sponsors because they are being contactby compagny's with the question where they can sponser. Their demands are mainly focussing on providing space for students. A place where students can take a break of studying. Also the need a space where student can easely can connect to Stylos.

Linda Ammerlaan

Is working at the Kadmium exhibition space in the inner city of Delft. The moment she heard the concept she started out giving options examples and was refering to people who might be interested. So besides seeing a bright future for this project she is also an added value to get in to contact with some other people in the creative industry. Linda working in a gallery has a good insight on the demands of different type of artist and at the same tame having a good view on the organising aspect of it. In this way she is a good user to connect to in the future the check if the design is able to meet up with the different demands

Linda de Vos

Is one of the organisational powers of the Bouwpub, next to this she is working at the Faculty of Architecture. The bouwpub currently has a nice space on the East side of Architecture Faculty, however for events the space isn't sufficient and the views around are not that interesting. For this the bouwpub is interested to have the option to rent a bigger space close to the faculty. The nice thing here is they are a local actor as well so are interested in a good development of the site. The bouwpub has some experience in organising even and the demans for this type af activity. So they will be an expert and a user.

Jan Brouwer

Is a board member and active participant of TOP (technical meeting point in Delft). Top was originally started to improve the connection between the technical aspects of the city, like univesity, students and starting technical busnisses, and the inhabitants of Delft. Currently TOP is more and more focussing on exhibiting art, architecture and public friendly techinical ideas. So the hard core sciences are not present in the TOP space. They did this in order to make money and survive in this climate of declining funds. They do still exhibit work of the university and have a good informal connection to different people and faculty. And of their wishes is to have an exhibition space closer to the campus so the inventors of the exhibited technique's can be more connected. Also they might be interested in organising some larger activity's whcih don't fit their current space.
